PURPOSE:To improve the ability in subscriber equipment and relieve congestion in some zone by borrowing a radio circuit arranged in the 1st adjacent zone, the 2nd adjacent zone, etc., even when the zone where a mobile station is present is all engaged. CONSTITUTION:If all radio circuits in F1 in a zone 1 when a radio circuit request is generated in the zone 1, one of the 1st adjacent zones is selected. Then, one radio circuit in the radio circuit group of the zone is selected to check whether the circuit is free and effective for the zone. If a radio circuit which can be borrowed is found, the radio circuit is assigned to the zone 1. When not, the same processing as above is performed for another radio circuit. If none of radio circuit groups F2-F7 of the 1st adjacent zone is borrowed, it is checked whether there is a radio circuit in the zone which is engaged and has no interference. Then if said radio circuit is not found, a decision on call loss is made. |
