PURPOSE:To enlarge the stroke by extending or contracting in consecutive order each cylinder in accordance with the extension or contraction of a piston rod which is fitted freely slidably in the innermost cylinder out of the plural number of cylinders freely slidably fitted each other in consecutive order. CONSTITUTION:Three cylinders 9, 10 and 11 provided with engagedly locked parts 9b, 10b and 11b having given spaces La, Lb and Lc respectively together with projected engagedly fitted parts 9a, 10a and 11a at the respective inside diameter sides and supply/exhaust ports 9d, 10d and 11d are fitted freely slidably each other in consecutive order via slidably moving parts 10c and 11c respectively. And, an air cylinder 8 is constituted by fitting a piston rod 12 in the third cylinder 11 via a slidably moving part 12c and fitting a cover plate 13 provided with a supply/exhaust port 13d communicating with an air chamber 12f of the said rod 12 on the base end side of each cylinder 9 through 11. Thus, when compressed air is supplied to the air chamber 12f through the supply/exhaust port 13d, eacn of the cylinders 9 through 11 extends in consecutive order in accordance with the extension of the said rod 12. |
