A device molding a link member interconnecting an actuator (21) to arms (13-16) fixed onto valve shafts (9-12) of rotary valves (5-8) arranged in gas passages (1-4). The link member includes a control rod (128) connected to the actuator (21) and a plurality of plate springs (29-32) which extend from the control rod and are outwardly bent. The outer ends of the plate springs are pivotally connected to the tips of corresponding arms.
