<p>The exhaust gases and contaminated vapours from dryers are purified and have their heat recovered in a combined system. The outlet from the dryer passes through a heat exchanger into a direct contact scrubber. The liq. from this is purified and recycled via a further exchanger. The gas also passes through this and back through the first exchanger, some being exhausted. The rest of the gas then passes through an exchanger where it is heated from a combustion engine and finally enters a regenerative heater for the inlet air t the dryer. This also accepts the exhaust gas from the I.C. engine. For use with drying and conveying systems where the exhaust is contaminated. Purifies exhaust gases, keeping the volume of gas expelled low and reducing the associated fuel and cooling water usage.</p> |
