PURPOSE:To enable to replace a roller bearing in a short time withoug disassembling the entirety by providing a lower half bearing cover capable of supporting a rotor weight, lifting it by a jack, retaining the horizontal displacement of the rotor and releasing the load of the bearing. CONSTITUTION:A body side lower half bearing cover 8 is formed to have a strength capable of supporting a rotor weight, in a structure capable of lifting by a jack, a jack seat 15 is provided on the lower portion of a bearing base, and formed in a structure for lifting the rotor through the cover 8 by the jack 16. A rotor shaft is lifted by the jack at the roller bearing exchanging time, and the horizontal displacement of the rotor shaft is suppressed by mounting shaft pushing fittings 17 and shaft pushing bolt 18 at both sides, completely removing the load of the bearings, filling push bolts in threaded holes 19, and pushing the outer race of the bearings to move it. |
