<p>PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. which has excellent mildewproofing and antibacterial effects and good storage stability and ejectability over a long period of time, containing water, a water-soluble dye and tetrachloroisophthalonitrile. CONSTITUTION:100-10,000ppm of tetrachloroisophthalonitrile of the formula, a water-soluble dye [e.g. direct Black 17 (C.I. No.23155)], 5-60wt% wetting agent (e.g. ethylene glycol) having a penetration ratio of 30% or above, not more than 1wt% surfactant (e.g. polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether), 0.1-5wt% buffering agent (e.g. Na2CO3) and 0.1-5wt% chelating agent (e.g. ethylenediamine tetraacetate) are dissolved in water.</p> |
