<p>PURPOSE:To properly transfer coils by changing the sequence and amount of coils transferred from an early transfer means in response to the transferring capacity of the transfer means when the coils are transferred from a sorting place to two lines having different processing capacities. CONSTITUTION:Transfer means 33, 34 are used to transfer coils in temprary storages 31, 32 to yards 35-38. An operator operating the transfer means 33, 34 sends coil number information to the input of a processing unit 40 provided in a commanding chamber 39. The information of operating conditions of cranes 41-44 is sent to the input of said processing unit 40. Said unit 40 judges to which one of yards 35-38 should be transferred the transfer means 33, 34 and indicates the result thereof on indicating units 31a, 32a to that coils are transferred to the yard indicated thereon. The requirements for the process of the processing unit 40 are that the transfer means 33, 34 are present in the respective yards 35-38 and the next coil to be dumped is one other than 3 coils, the transfer means 33, 34 being transferred in the order of the increasing number of coils to be dumped and of the decreasing number of empty spaces in the respective yards 35-38.</p> |
