PURPOSE:To obtain stable closing performance, by providing an spherical rounded surface, equipping a lubricating film, in the sliding surface of an elastic member, provided in a valve seat, for a valve body so as to closely attach the spherical rounded surface to the valve seat even when the elastic member changes its adapted position to the valve body. CONSTITUTION:A valve body 9 provides a valve seat 12 between a fluid inlet 10 and a fluid outlet 11. While the valve seat 12 detachably arranges a valve unit 13 providing a diaphragm 14, operated by receiving the pressure in a side of the fluid inlet 10, and a seal groove 17 having a stop protrusive part 16. And an elastic member 18a, providing a spherical rounded surface 19a having its center point P on a center acisl line Cl of the valve seat 12, is mountes so as to compress a wall surfce 20 of the seal groove 17. Here the spherical rounded surface 10a adapted to the valve seat 12 provides a lubricating film 21a of good adhesiveness to the elastic member 18a. In this way, stable closing performanace is obtaind by closely attaching the whole periphery of the spherical rounded surface 19a to the valve seat 12 even when the elastic member 18s is adapted to the valve seat 12 in a position being displaced. |
