[Also in Division F4] A light fitting is located in the recess of a suspended ceiling by means of rotary dead bolts 55, which can be turned outwardly to engage the inverted-T girders 21 of the ceiling. A transparent window 39 is hinged to one of the other edges of the fitting, by being bolted to a suitably disposed dead-bolt 55. The edges of the fitting are covered with a trim plate (70, Figures 2 and 6 not shown). The dead bolts swing down under gravity when the fitting is raised from the girders.</p> |
