<p>PURPOSE:To store coils properly by setting and indicating the address of a coil storage place per each yard and storing said coil starting from a position close to a transferring means under a certain condition, when storing coils in plural storage yard. CONSTITUTION:When coils in a temporary storage place are to be stored in plural yards, they are placed starting from the first stage of a storage place which is closest to a delivery conveyor. An address is given to each storage place of the coils. When coils are placed on every first stage of the whole storage places, coils P3, P13 are piled, as the second stage, on adjacent coils P1, P2 and P11, P12 having equal diameters, respectively. An address is also given to each of the second stage oil storage places. When a direction to throw in coils to the delivery conveyor is being given, coils up to the tenth coil which are to be thrown into the following conveyor, are not piled in the second stages. Coils having different outside diameters are not placed being adjacent to each other. Also a coil whose width exceeds an allowable range, is not placed in the same row as the other coils. And, thus, the storing place is indicated in accordance with the above conditions.</p> |
