PURPOSE:To make a rolled coil look neat in order and to increase the amount of filling up a coil by giving intermittent revolution to a guide ring left to be eccentric to the center of a linear coiler at rotational speed in a mutual relation with linear speed. CONSTITUTION:The center A of a guidering 51 in a coil pattern lay apparatus 5 placed between an empty pack (linear grasping apparatus) 2 and a pot with a roller coil (linear coiler) 3 is revolved in form of a non concentric circle with regulated eccentricity, with respect to the center of the pot 3, with a rolled coil in other words, a falling center B of a coil 41. As the result, the coil 41 coming out of the pot 3 with a rolled coil makes sliding contact with the internal wall 51a of the guidering 51, and falls successively into the pack 2 to be accumulated in form of a non concentric circle with regulated eccentricity. Thus, rate of filling up a saved line of the coil 41 can be improved. |
