PURPOSE:To improve an adhesive force of a coil and a bobbin by heating a heating jig set in a bobbin with a heater instead of heating processing in a heating furnace and executing a heating processing. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 5, in which a coil 4 is wound in a closely-coiled manner, is set to a heating jig 6 having an outer diameter almost equal to the inner diameter. At the center of the heating jig 6, a heating heater 7 is installed. Next, the heating jig 6 is heated by the heater 7. Heat of the heated heating jig 6 is transferred through the bobbin 5 and the said bobbin 5 to the coil 4. By the hea, adhesives bonding the bobbin 5 and the coil 4 are heated and hardened. At this time, the bobbin is expanded by thermal expansion of the heating jig 6 and the bobbin 5 and the coil 4 becomes closely adhered. |
