摘要 PURPOSE:To permit high-performance recording to be made by sufficiently raising the adhesion of a recording layer to a supporter by adding an ultraviolet rays-curable adhesive resin to the layer in contact with the supporter. CONSTITUTION:In an optical information recording medium composed of a laminate consisting of a supporter 1 and a reflective recording layer 4 with dispersed metal fine particles, the layer in contact with the supporter 1 contains an ultraviolet rays-curable adhesive resin, thereby permitting the absorbability of high-density energy beam 6 by the recording layer to be increased. High- performance recording can thus be attained and high-performance reading can also be permitted because of the increase in the reflectivity. The sensitivity and the SN rations can also be greatly raised. Since the adhesion of the recording layer to the supporter is sufficiently high, the formation of bits 7 of high shape accuracy by high-density energy beam 6 for recording is made possible and the failure of formation of the bits 7 can be prevented. Highly sensitive and highly reliable recording over the whole of the recording layer can thus be attained.
