PURPOSE:To enable a fabric to be arranged on a part of a large synthetic resin plate by mixing synthetic resin only into the periphery of the fabric which is a film member and solidifying said resin. CONSTITUTION:The mold 1 for injection molding is composed of a stationary mold 2 and a movable mold 3. The inner surface 4 of the stationary mold 2 is composed of the normal surface 6 having almost constant width with the inner surface 5 of the movable mold 3 and the projected surface 8 capable of pushing the fabric 7 such as a cloth, etc. at mold closing. The fabric 7 is fixed to this projected surface 8, while lumping together the fabric thereon, and the movable mold 3 and the stationary mold 2 are closed. Molten synthetic resin is injected under pressure into both molds 2, 3 from a nozzle 13 through the sprue 14 of the movable mold 3, and is mixed only into the periphery of the fabric 7 and then is solidified. When the movable mold 3 is opened and a synthetic resin plate 9 is taken out, the aperture 10 corresponding to the projected surface 8 is opened on the synthetic resin plate 9. The fabric 7 is arranged at the aperture 10 and moreover is not lined, thereby providing a suitable feeling to the fabric 7. |
