PURPOSE:To measure the temperature in the furnace, sample gas, and measure the gas pressure continuously by providing a gas sampling chamber, suction pipe, sheath thermocouple wire, and temperature measuring part to a tubular body which is inserted into a charge while penetrating the furnace wall, and lowering them in the furnace as the charge falls naturally. CONSTITUTION:The probe A is inserted into the charge in the blast furnace 1 with a holder C for insertion and only the probe A is left in the charge. The probe A moves down while drawing out three suction pipes 20 as the charge falls naturally. The gas in the furnace, on the other hand, is passed through a hole 21 and a suction pipe 20 and further passed through the gas suction chamber 38 of a connector 36 and a gas suction pipe 41 from a hole 35; and the sampling of the gas or pressure measurement is performed and the temperature sensing part of the sheath thermocouple wire 24 measures the temperature in the furnace at respective positions. Consequently, the temperature measurement and gas sampling, and gas pressure measurement are carried out at respective radial positions of the blast furnace simultaneously, and their variations are grasped continuously according to the falling of the charge. |
