PURPOSE:To form two images as quickly as possible by alternately switching two tube voltage levels at high speed. CONSTITUTION:The voltage of an a.c. power supply fed to the inputs of terminals (U), (V) and (W) is controlled by a three-phase autotransformer (AT)1 and the output of a brush 2 is fed to the inputs of a high-voltage generator (HT1)4. The output of a brush 3 is fed to the inputs of a high voltage generator (HT2)5. The output voltages can be separately adjusted by the brushes 2 and 3. The thus produced two tube voltage levels are alternately applied to high voltage switching elements (SW1-SW4) 6-9 and supplied to an X-ray tube 10 acting as the load at high speed. Accordingly, two images can be formed in a short time, thereby producing favorable substraction images. |
