<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an electromagnet, to be used for polarized relay, on which a large permanent magnet can be mounted by a method wherein rising parts are formed by perpendicularly bending upward both end parts of a flat plate to be turned to a yoke, and the axis part of a round iron bar whereon a coil is wound around and a freely inclinable permanent magnet opposing to said axis part are provided between the above-mentioned rising parts. CONSTITUTION:Rising parts 10b and 10c are formed by orthogonally bending upward both end parts of the flat plate part 10a of a plate type yoke 10, core part 11a of iron bar is fixed by caulking on the rising part 10c, a coil 9' is wound around the core part 11a, and a disc-shaped header part 11b is attached to the other end part. Then, the permanent magnet 6' whereon a magnetic piece 7' is fixed to both end parts is attached to both end parts by a center axis O' in a freely inclinable manner, and the magnet 6' is used as an armature block 8'. Through these procedures, the magnet 6' can be made larger in size, and also a low-priced material such as alnico an the like can be used as the material for the electromagnet.</p> |
