PURPOSE:To increase the stability of the titled composition by combining phosphatide with soap and higher alcohol in case of manufacturing the emulsified composition having the pulverized particle size by dissolving phosphatide into multivalent alcohol and adding the oily phase component thereto. CONSTITUTION:The emulsified composition is obtained by containing phosphatide, its salt or both the two, higher fatty acid soap or N-long chain acylamino acid soap or both the two, higher alcohol, water soluble multivalent alcohol having two or more hydroxyl groups in a molecule and the oily phase component. Furthermore O/W type emulsified composition is made by adding water thereto. |
