PURPOSE:To obtain high output and to enable satisfactory use in high accuracy VTR, high grade VTR or the like by using a single crystal of Mn-Zn ferrite in a prescribed composition range. CONSTITUTION:Each of points (a)-(h) in the diagram shows the amounts (mol%) of MnO, ZnO and Fe2O3. Mn-Zn ferrite in the composition range defined by the points (a) (24, 25, 51), (b) (22, 25, 53), (c) (31, 14, 55) and (d) (32, 14, 54) or a composition range defined lby the points (e) (18, 25, 57), (f) (17, 25, 58), (g) (21, 14, 65) and (h) (21, 14, 65) is used. The reproduction sensitivity of a head can be increased. |
