PURPOSE:To shorten the turn-around time of simulation and to improve the responsiveness by actuating a simulator by a multi-tasking system during the graphic input and editing of a plan and executing the partial simulation. CONSTITUTION:In a graphic editing mode graphic information is supplied via an input device 5T and stored in a graphic data base 200. A graphic input editing program 30 starts a graphic translator 40 every time an input pattern is defined or corrected to check whether a subject pattern is already defined or not. The subject pattern already defined is read out of the base 200, and the desired number of clock tables T50 are secured to store the control information needed for execution of simulation. An essential table ET70 which stores the gate characteristics is produced together with a fan output/input table FOIT80 based on each gate characteristics. Then a simulator is started. |
