PURPOSE:To know easily the step actions by describing the contents of each step with a desired basic function in response to the process to receive the sequence control. CONSTITUTION:A minor proces equal, to a process is set as it is as a step in response to the step of a program. The contents of each step are described in four parts. Each step consists of a block 100 which sets the control parameters including a timer, a counter, a PID controller, etc. which need to set the set values in each step, a block 200 which starts and a stops an ON/OFF valve, a motor and a timer and starts a counter to comply with the change of each step, a block 300 which performs the interlock, etc. needed in the corresponding step, and block 400 which decided a shift to the next process. Both blocks 300 and 400 are always executed with repetitive operations, etc. |
