PURPOSE:To make gas alone or gas and liquid either feedable and dischargeable so efficiently, by setting a distance ranging from a central surface of a vibrator installed in a pressure chamber to a chamber wall of the pressure chamber to be opposed to that surface within the specified range of minuteness. CONSTITUTION:A vibrator 1 made up of bonding a piezo-porcelain thine plate 2, converting electricity into a mechanical vibration, and a metallic thine plate 5 together is installed on a chamber wall of a pressure chamber 4. And, depth in an empty space where a pressure-fed body is pressurized, that is, a distance D ranging from a central surface of the vibrator 1 to an upper wall 4a of the pressure chamber to be opposed to that surface is set within the specified range of minuteness. It is desirable that this distance D be set to, for example, 0.1- 5mm. in case of suction or discharge of gas alone, but to 0.15-0.3mm. in case of suction or discharge gas and liquid either. Now, when positive and negative voltage in constant frequency is impressed on a lead wire 9, the vibrator 1 is deformed into an uneven form alternatey, thus gas or liquid is fed from a suction passage 7a to a discharge passage 6a with pressure. |
