PURPOSE:To copy and edite two colors with high precision by a simple device, by developing an electrostatic latent image for optical picture information and converting optical picture information corresponding to parts of the other colors of an orignal to electric picture information and forming additionally the second electrostatic latent image in accordance with electric picture information and developing this latent image. CONSTITUTION:Optical picture information (OI) of two colors, namely, red and black from an original 301 is reflected on a half mirror (HM) 319 and is made incident on a photosensor 302 and is converted to electric picture information (EI) of two colors by an optical signal converting circuit 308. Meanwhile, the light passing through the HM319 passes a filter 305 to become OI and is reflected on an HM306 to expose the image of the black part of the original 301, and the image is developed with a black developer by a developing device 310. Meanwhile, the light passing through the HM306 is made incident on a photosensor 307 and is converted to EI of the black part by the circuit 308, and the difference signal between this EI and EI of two colors is inputted to an ion current generating and modulating device 311 to form an additional latent image, and this latent image is developed with a red developer by a developing device 312. |
