PURPOSE:To eliminate error noise due to double differential by adding a loop circuit inputting a subtraction output of the output signal and a video signal to a signal converting circuit in a noise removing circuit used for recording and reproducing the video signal. CONSTITUTION:A loop circuit is installed for an output which passes a by-pass filter F4, and transferred to an adder circuit A3. In this way, an output S9 of the adder circuit A3 becomes the one which subtracts a signal S10 transferred from an input regenerating video signal S4 by the loop circuit. Since an signal operated by an adder circuit A5 can become a signal S4'' passing a delay circuit D4 and a signal S10' improving frequency characteristics by an equalizer E4, a delay and waveform distortion due to signal processing can be corrected by the delay circuit D4 and the equalizer E4 and a video signal eliminated noise component and the video signal equally eliminated noise component at recording is extracted at the adder circuit A5. |
