PURPOSE:To facilitate the make ratio conversion of a dial impulse signal with simple circuits by providing a dial speed determining means and make ratio converting means. CONSTITUTION:The dial speed determining means to determine the dial speed of the dial impulse signal is consists of a shift register 1 D type FF2. The make ratio converting means to convert the make ratio of the dial signal is consists of gate groups 4, and 31-34 and jumper wires 51 and 52. The make ratio converting means converts the make ratio of the dial impulse signal based on the decision result of the dial speed determining means. Thus, the make ratio conversion of the dial impulse signal can be done with simple circuits. |
