PURPOSE:To attempt miniaturization of electric appliances using printed circuit boards by making a core to be thin plate-like by use of noncrystalline alloy and the like and forming a pattern for half the winding on a piece of an insulating sheet to reduce the thickness of the printed circuit boards. CONSTITUTION:Half the winding forming patterns P1a-P4a and P1b-P4b are disposed in opposing relation to each other via core legs C1-C4 when two pieces of primary winding forming sheets 10 and 20 are overlapped on both sides of a piece of core forming sheet 30 and both ends of conductors Epa and Epb forming patterns face conductor connecting holes H1-H8. When two pieces of secondary winding forming sheet 40 and 50 are overlappingly arranged on the two pieces of sheet 10 and 20, half the winding forming patterns S1a-S4a and S1b-S4b are disposed in opposing relation to the patterns P1a-P4a and P1b- P4b via a piece of insulation sheet and corresponding ends of conductors Esa and Esb are connected oppositely with each other via conductor connecting holes N on the pieces of sheet 10 and 20 and holes H1-H8 on the piece of sheet 30. |
