PURPOSE:To easily judge the printability of a paste, by measuring the electric resistance between the paste and a viscosity measuring rotor by inserting a conductor electrode in the paste. CONSTITUTION:In usual, a paste 4 stirred properly, in such a state that a rotor 17 is raised, is arranged on a table 10 and the rotor 17 is subsequently fallen to be immersed in the paste 4 so as to reach a proper position and, thereafter, a motor 12 is driven to rotate the rotor 17 and, at same time, voltage is applied between the rotor 17 and an electrode 23 to measure the viscosity of the paste 4 and the resistance between the paste and the rotor after a predetermined time was elapsed. Especially, in the case of the solder paste 4 inferior to printability, because the interface of the rotor 17 and the paste 4 comes to an interface release state as shown by the numeral 26 by the rotation of the rotor 17, the conductor resistance between the rotor 17 and the electrode 23 increases and, by this method, the quality of the paste 4 can be judged. |
