PURPOSE:To manufacture the waveguide circuit high in size precision at low cost by providing a process where a groove for a waveguide is formed in a conductor, a process where the groove is filled with a specific body, and a process where a thin conductive film is formed on the exposed surface of a specific body. CONSTITUTION:The groove for the waveguide is formed in the waveguide body which is a plate material made of, for example, brass by an NC cutting work machine. Then, a conductor 6 made of alumina ceramic is selected as the specific body and the groove 4 is filled with the conductor 6. Then, copper is vapor- deposited on the exposed surface 7 of the conductor 6 to form the thin conductive film 3, manufacturing the waveguide circuit. Further, plural waveguides parallel to the conductor 2 are formed as shown in a cross figure and a single-body waveguide circuit shown in a slanting view figure, so that the waveguide circuit is manufactured more efficiently. |
