PURPOSE:To attempt improvement in magnetic characteristics of iron loss, exciting currents and the like by shifting an iron plate of an outer leg jointed with a yoke at an angle of 45 deg. in the widthwise direction and, at the same time, laminating iron plates of a central leg cut at the same position of crests having two different sides alternately and invertedly. CONSTITUTION:As a winding is wound only on a central leg 7 and lines of magnetic flux are shunted symmetrially on both sides at the time of excitation, yokes 8 and outer legs 1 composed of iron plates having the width equal to half that of a leg 7 are arranged. Moreover, the leg 1 having the iron plate of which both ends are cut at an angle of 45 deg. and the upper and lower yokes 8 having the iron plate which is provided with the same shape and dimension as those of the leg 1 and of which both ends are cut at an angle of 45 deg. are both shifted in the widthwise direction and iron plates of the leg 7 cut at the shifted position corresponding to a part 5 at which crests having two different sides overlap with respect to the center of the width of the iron plate are laminated while they are alternately inverted. Accordingly, since defective parts 4 in all jointed parts of the legs 1 and the yokes 8 are eliminated, various kinds of characteristics of iron loss, exciting currents and the like can be improved. |
