PURPOSE:To check for bubbles in a paper container, by detecting the temperature distribution of the paper container with an infrared camera in a specified time after the paper container filled with a liquid is heated. CONSTITUTION:A paper container 3 filled with a liquid is moved continuously as titled on a belt conveyor slowly in the direction of the arrow N. With the movement of the belt conveyor, first, the paper container 3 is heated by a hot air 2 at a heating section 11 and then, the temperature distribution thereof is detected with an infrared camera 13 of a temperature detector 12 via a part free from the hot air 2. When judged to be rejectable, the paper container is discharged as defective one 21 at a defective product discharge section 14 in the subsequent process. |
