PURPOSE:To reduce noises without lowering a signal voltage by constituting a device which transmits electric power and a signal from a fixed part to a rotary part through a slip ring, and providing a communication terminal with an insulating transformer which has an intermediate terminal and the rotary part with a coupling transformer. CONSTITUTION:Electric power is supplied to the driving device 5 for the rotary part 8a from a fixed part power source 1 through the slip ring SR3, and a communication signal is sent from the communication terminal 9 of the fixed part 8b to a communication terminal 10 through insulating transformers TR12 and SRs 21 and 22, coupling TR27 provided to the rotary part 8a, and insulating TR27. Intermediate terminals 12a and 16a are provided to secondary windings of the TRs 12 and 16 and connected mutually through an SR23. The SR23 is provided with a pickup coil 28, which is connected to the secondary winding of the TR27. Noises induced on communication lines 18, 19, 24, and 25 from a power line are almost opposite in phase to intermediate terminal connection lines 20 and 26 of the TRs 12 and 16, but they are so coupled that the difference voltage is canceled by a noise voltage by a coil 28 through the TR27; and signals are applied in in-phase relation and the S/N ratio is improved. |
