<p>Two slots (15,16) in a bridge section allow the ribbon to slide. The bridge comprises two aligned arms (13,14) placed end-to-end and separated by a gap (18). A fastening area, e.g. upward projecting points, can be provided on the arms. The fastening area is pref. a part of the arms with a flat section and tapered reliefs forming ultrasonic weld energy lines. - The arms are elastically deformed to insert the ribbon, which is folded back in a loop against the slider. Welding the ribbon to the arms fastens them together. A sonotrode is used for welding, with a contrast point placed on the other side of the arms.</p> |
