<p>Imino-sulphonamide derivs. of formula (I), in which R1 is H, halogen or other, R2 is Ar-NR3-SO2, R3 is H, OCH3, aryl, phenyl or 3-chloro phenyl, are made by (a) reacting a deriv. of 4(2-acetylamino ethyl)chloro benzene sulphonyl with a primary or sec. aromatic amine in acetone, acetonitrile or dioxane in presence of piperidine or triethylamine; (b) deacetylating the prod. with conc. HCl in butanol or propanol to form a primary amine; (c) treating with bis(chlorosulphonyl) imide in acetone, acetonitrile or dioxane in presence of pyridine and triethylamine to obtain N,N'-bis(4-arylamino sulphonyl phenyl) phenylethyl-amino disulphonyl imide; and (d) reacting this with HCHO in presence of HCl or HBr and in water or methanol.</p> |
