<p>The cpds. of formula (I), in which Het is a hetero-aryl gp., n is 2-4 and m is 2 or 3, are made by (a) reaction of 8-azaspirol (4,5)-decano 7,9-dione with an alkyl dihalide of formula Hal(CH2)nHal in an inert organic solvent in presence of a base; (b) treatment of the prod. with ethylene diamine and a suitable base; and (c) treatment with an alkyl dihalide of formula Hal(CH2)nHal.</p> |
