PURPOSE:To obtain a product having high accuracy at a low cost by executing continuously and integrally respective stages for shot blasting, rolling and finishing and further shearing of a metallic sheet in synchronization with the flow of operations. CONSTITUTION:The metallic sheet 1 is nipped by rolls 3 and is fed to a blast room by the revolution of the rollers 3' in the 1st stage A. Shot 6 is struck against the metallic sheet by impellers 5 to descale the sheet and air is blown to the sheet 1 by a dust remover 7 to remove the dust sticking to said metal; at the same time the rollers 3' are revolved to move the sheet to the succeeding stage. The sheet 1 is rolled at a low draft by rolls 8 and the surface roughened by the shot blasting is smoothed by said rolls in the 2nd stage B. The sheet is then moved to the succeeding stage by the revolution of the rolls 8. The metallic sheet is passed through a slitter 9 and is thereby cut to a prescribed width; further the sheet is nipped by tension pads 10 and is deflected by which the modulated flow of the line is corrected in the 3rd stage C. The sheet is thereafter sheared by a shear 11 and is coiled on a recoiler 12. |
