PURPOSE:To absorb reaction at a time, when an impactor gives a piezoelectric element impact force through a patch, by resin layers, and to obtain high-voltage pulses only of stable one wave by preventing the bound of the impactor by forming the impactor in three-layer structure and shaping the resin layers among three layers. CONSTITUTION:When an inner box 5 is pushed in the A direction, an impact spring 7 is compressed elastically because an impact pin 8 inserted into a metallic section 6C for an impactor 6 having three-layer structure is engaged with a cam section fitted to an outer box 1. When the operation of predetermined stroke pushing progresses, a tapered section formed to the inner box 5 releases the impact pin 8 fastened to the cam section for the outer box 1. Consequently, a metallic section 6a for the impactor 6 having three-layer structure gives a piezoelectric element 2 impact force through a patch 3 by the elastically compressed impact spring 7, and high voltage is generated in the piezoelectric element 2. One of generated high voltage is extracted from a carrier 4 and the other from the impact spring 7 through the patch 3 and the impactor 6. |
