PURPOSE:To obtain the titled press that heightens accuracy of blanking work by energizing one or both of a punch die and a die for press work in a plane at right angles to the direction of pressing, holding it movably, and matching positioning of blanking accurately. CONSTITUTION:A punch die 2 and a punch guide 6 of a press stand 1 are held between a punch base 5 and a peripheral wall 5a and an energized 11 punch cover 7, and air pressure is given to annular grooves 5b, 5c to make them floating state. A pilot pin 13 enters positioning positions (c), (d) of the groove S of a work W by the press, and then enters a punch die hole to make positioning. Thereafter, a blanking edge 12 enters cut-off parts (a), a' accurately, and cuts off. When a die 4 on the tapping stand 3 is made floating state by giving air pressure 23 to annular grooves 22c, 22f, the fitting of a positioning hole 32 of the die 4 and blanking hole 31 can be made better. Worked products A, B which are not cut off from the work W are cut off beautifully without causing stagger. |
