发明名称 BEARING PART APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a spacer due to the pressing-in force of a bearing by installing a cylindrical part which extends in parallel to the axis line of a rotary shaft onto the spacer between the bearing and the stepped part and fitting the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part with the outer peripheral surface of the second outer diameter larger than the first outer diameter. CONSTITUTION:A spacer 3 has a surface 3a contacting with a bearing inner-ring side surface, surface 3b contacting with stepped part A, and the inner surface 3c of a cylindrical part 3d contacting with the outer periphery 1a of the second outer diameter D of a rotary shaft 1. When the spacer 3 is inserted into the rotary shaft 1, and a bearing 2 is press-fitted therein, the spacer 3 is interposed between the inner-ring side surface of the bearing 2 and the stepped part A, and the inner surface 3c contacts with the outer periphery of the second diameter D of the rotary shaft. With such constitution of bearing part apparatus, the deformation of the spacer 3 can be prevented against the pressing-in force applied onto the bearing 2, even if the pressing-in force pushes the spacer 3, since the inner peripheral surface 3c of the cylindrical part 3d of the spacer 3 contacts with the outer periphery of the second outer diameter D of the rotary shaft 1.
