The threaded bolt has a shank part (4) intended for screwing into a straddling dowel (18), and a shank-like spacer (6) adjoining said shank part via a step (12), for the distance mounting, in order to bridge, for example, the insulation layer (30) on a structure. Situated at the outer end of the threaded bolt is an internal thread (48) for receiving a machine screw (46).
