A tubular heat exchanger includes a cell and a bundle of tubes, which are arranged inside of the cell. A fluid-way circulates a fluid into the heat exchanger from the outer storehouse. When the fluid, which is heated in the fluid-way, flows into the heat exchanger. The temperature is measured at several positions in the heat exchanger to control the quantity of the heat in the fluid.
