PURPOSE:To prevent overcharge and overdischarge of a solar battery, namely, generation of excess power and system breakdown by controlling a proper power and system breakdown by controlling a proper power converter output on the basis of a future estimated value based on current output data of the solar battery, which varies indeterminately, and the detected value of the remaining electric charge quantity of the battery. CONSTITUTION:A reference pattern of a maximum output in a day is stored preliminarily in a reference pattern storage circuit 72 of a control command device 7. Actual output data (a) taken into the control command device 7 is divided by the value of a reference pattern (b) at this time in a divider 71 to obtain a degree (c) of the fine. An average value calculating circuit 73 averages this value (c) in a certain sampling section (n) preceding a present time tn to obtain a fine degree forecasted value dn of this section (n). As the result, an output forecasted value en after the time tn is obtained in a multiplier 74 by the product between the fine degree forecasted value dn and the reference pattern (b). Meanwhile, the current value of the remaining electric charge quantity of the battery is defined as an initial value So, and its forecasted value S is obtained by integrating the difference between the solar battery output forecasted value en and an output set value P of the power converter; and therefore, the output value P of the power converter which sets the remaining electric charge quantity to a prescribed target value is obtained in an operating circuit 75 and is given as the output control command value of a power converter 3. |
