PURPOSE:To measure a surface state automatically and efficiently by irradiating the plane surface of a laminate plate formed by laminating prepreg with reflected light from a light source which utilizes a DC or high-precision power source, and photodetecting it by a color-difference meter or reflectometer. CONSTITUTION:The laminate plate 1 is irradiated with the light generated with the DC power source or >=20kHz high-frequency power source, and its reflected light is photodetected by a camera which incorporates an image sensor and a peripheral circuit. The camera 5 has the function of the color-difference meter or reflectometer, so a change in the color of the laminate plate 1 is detected; if there is a defective part 2, a cylinder 9 is put in operation through an AMP, etc., to lower a gate conveyor 6, thereby rejecting the defective. Consequently, surfaces states are measured automatically and defectives are rejected on on-line basis, thereby automating the inspection. |
