PURPOSE:To stably obtain various output voltages by composing to separate and insulate a drive unit and a generator through a dielectric unit, thereby enhancing the safety. CONSTITUTION:A drive unit 11 and a generator 12 made of ceramics are secured via an adhesive above and below a ceramic dielectric unit 10. The unit 11 is formed by providing electrodes 14, 15 on the upper and lower surfaces of a ceramic substrate 11a, and separating part of the electrode 14 as a feedback electrode 16. The generator 12 is composed by providing electrodes 18, 19 on the upper and lower surface of a ceramic substrate 13. When an AC input voltage is applied to a power amplifier 17, the substrate 11a vibrates, and the unit 11 self- oscillates. A high voltage is generated between the electrodes 18 and 19 by the piezoelectric longitudinal effect. |
