<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a shuttle vector having a high expression efficiency of an exogenote, by inserting the exogenote into a long-chain fragment obtained by cleaving DNA containing a gene of bovine papilloma virus at a specific site. CONSTITUTION:A shuttle vector obtained by inserting an exogenote, preferably human inteferon-gamma into a long-chain fragment obtained by cleaving a DNA vector containing a gene of bovine papilloma virus type I at a PvuII cleavage site. An animal cell is then transformed therewith.</p> |
