PURPOSE:To improve corrosion-proof and weather-proof, while shortening process and to contrive man-hours saving and automatization by a method wherein a small diametered through holes are provided at almost center section in longitudinal direction of a radiation fin, and electrodeposition coating is performed as undercoating of a case and electrostatic coating is performed as finish coating thereof. CONSTITUTION:A transfer case 1 carried by a conveyer 7 is immersed into electro paint tank 10 provided with an electrode 11 of cathode side. Anode current is flowed to the case 1 through a feeding bus bar to an electric brush 8 to a hanger 6 and on the other hand, cathode current is flowed from an electrode 11 to water-soluble resin and is connected electrically at the first time in this place and electro coating is performed. At this time, holes 5 are provided at the side face of a radiation fin and the electric current is flowed between the back side of the radiation fin 4 and the side plate of the case 1 being covered by the radiation fin 4, then an electro-coating film is formed to the back side of the radiation fin 4 at the almost same thickness as the outside surface thereof. Consequently, after the process of natural drying heat drying cooling, electrostatic coating is performed. Additionally, natural drying heat drying are performed, thus coating-treatment of the transfer case 1 is accomplished. |
