<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a cell cultivation bed having improved hydrophilic surface and high adhesion ratio of adhesion-dependent cells, by forming a thin film having improved hydrophilicity and uniform characteristics without a change in the hydrophilicity on the surface of a substrate for cell cultivation. CONSTITUTION:Plasma polymerization of a mixed gas of a compound expressed by the formula (R1, R2, R3 and R4 each are independently H, alkyl or alkenyl) or a cyclic hydrocarbon compound containing double bonds, e.g. benzene, with oxygen to form a plasma polymer film on the surface of a substrate for cell cultivation bed. The compounding ratio of the compound in the mixed gas to the oxygen is 0.1-10, preferably 0.2-4.</p> |
