PURPOSE:To improve working process by aligning multiple plates in a laminated arrangement, and with their catches held by a pair of press holders, applying a lead shelf from the direction of intersection pressing and performing resistance welding. CONSTITUTION:A number of plates 6 of the same polarity are aligned in a laminated arrangement, and their catches 9 are held by means of a pair of pressing tools 15, 16. One solid block is thus formed with some of catches 9 deformed, as necessary. With a lead shelf 4 attached from the intersecting direction to these press-held catches 9, and using a pair of combination press-holder and electrode 12, 13, the block is simultaneously pressed and electric current applied. The plate group is thus established by resistance welding due to heat of electric resistance generated at the cross contacted intersections. |
