A control slide valve for fitting into the exhaust line of motor vehicles is described, which comprises a housing, through which the exhaust gas flows, in which housing a sealing plate is guided, which by means of a drive can be slid in front of the through-flow aperture. The drive device has a pivoted lever supported in the housing outside the exhaust path, on which lever the sealing plate is arranged. By means of this arrangement a lever transmission which permits great adjustment travel for a small drive travel can be provided for adjustment of the sealing plate, so that drives which only have small adjustment travels can also be used. |
