The transport silo for transporting by an interchangeable-body dumper comprising a silo container (2) resting on extendable legs (3), each leg (3) having, welded to the outer container wall, an outer tube (4), located in which is an inner tube (5) which can be longitudinally displaced in the manner of a telescope and has an outer, vertical flange (6) which limits the insertion depth. Extending within the inner tube (5) is a tension spring (7), which is fastened at the top to the outer tube (4) and at the bottom to the inner tube (5) or vertical flange (6), the inner tube (5) being securable, at least in its retracted and its extended end position, to the outer tube (4) by locking means (8, 9). This results in a transport silo having legs which can be extended to virtually any length and, in addition, are easily accessible and likewise easy to operate. <IMAGE>
