PURPOSE:To conduct heat generated in a motor to a frame efficiently and improve the cooling effect of the motor, by a method wherein a core gap between a stator and the frame is filled up with substance of high heat conductivity. CONSTITUTION:After a stator core 4 is wound up or coated with a filler 10 of high heat conductivity of metal foil or the like, a stator is inserted in a frame 6. When varnish or the like having viscosity of fluidity is used, then the stator is inserted in the frame 6 after the stator is coated with the substance, otherwise, after the stator is inserted in the frame 6, the stator is pressure-applied by using core stripe grooves 11 or may be impregnated with the substance by dropping or the like. As a result, the cooling efficiency of a motor can be improved. |
